Step 1: Go to your settings
Click on “Settings” in the icon bar on the left side of your dashboard.
You’ll land on the settings page showing different sections.
At the top, select “Aftercare”.
Step 2: Customize your email
Here, you can create the aftercare message your clients will receive after their appointment. You have two options:
Use our template: Click “Load Template” to start with a pre-written email you can easily edit.
Write your own: Write a personalized message with your preferred aftercare instructions.
💡 Tip: Clear aftercare instructions reduce complications and improve the client experience.
Step 3: Save your template
Once you’re happy with your message, click “Save Aftercare Template.”
Your email will now be automatically sent to clients after their appointments.
Your clients will now receive your aftercare instructions automatically. So you can focus on tattooing, not typing the same message over and over.
