How do I get started with Wavrr?

Getting started with Wavrr only takes a few minutes. You can send your first waiver right away and keep all client records safely organized in one place.

Setting up your studio and sending your first waiver

Follow these quick steps to get started:

  1. Log in to your Wavrr dashboard.

  2. Go to Waivers and click the “+” icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Fill in your client’s name and email address.

  4. Wavrr automatically sends the digital waiver and INK Passport to the client via email.

  5. Once signed, both the studio and client receive a copy instantly.

After your first waiver is signed

Once your client has completed their waiver, you can:

  • View all waivers and INK Passports under each client profile.

  • Fill in tattoo details after each session for complete records.

Tip: Customize your waiver

You can edit your waiver text anytime to fit your studio’s policies. Most studios start with the default GGD template (the official Dutch Health Service guidelines for tattoo and piercing safety) and adjust it as needed for their own process.
