How do I change my waiver?

Your waiver ensures everything is legally covered before your client’s appointment. Updating it is simple and only takes a few clicks.

Step 1: Go to your settings

  • Click on “Settings” in the icon bar on the left side of your dashboard.

  • You’ll land on the settings page, with different sections at the top.

  • Select “Waiver” to open your waiver editor.

Step 2: Edit or replace your waiver

You can fully customize your waiver text to fit your studio’s needs.

You have two options:

  • Use our template: Click “Load Template” to use a standard waiver and edit it to match your requirements.

  • Write your own: Create your own waiver text from scratch.

💡 Tip: A clear waiver protects both you and your clients — make sure all key legal points are included.

Step 3: Save your waiver

Once you’ve updated your waiver, click “Save Waiver Template.”

Your new waiver will automatically be sent to clients before their appointment.

Your clients will now automatically receive your updated waiver before every appointment.
