Hereâs how it works:
Step 1: Share the widget
Add your Blink booking link to your Instagram bio, website, or anywhere else your clients can find you.
Step 2: Clients select their style
They choose the tattoo style or category that best fits what theyâre looking for.
Step 3: Clients provide tattoo details
They share reference images, size, colours, placement, and any other notes, so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 4: Finalize the appointment
They pick a date, pay their deposit, and confirm the booking instantly. No back-and-forth messages needed.
Once the booking is submitted, it appears in your agenda automatically. Youâll receive all details in your dashboard.
2. Manually add a booking from your dashboard
Prefer to add an appointment yourself? Thatâs just as simple.
Go to your Blink dashboard.
Click âAdd bookingâ in the top-right corner.
Fill in the clientâs name, contact info, date, tattoo details, and any notes.
Hit Save and thatâs it. The booking appears in your agenda immediately.
