Want to book an appointment with Blink? There are two simple ways to do it:

  1. Through your booking widget. The easiest way for clients to book directly from your Instagram or website.

  2. By manually adding a booking inside your dashboard.

💡 No matter which method you use, bookings will always appear automatically in your agenda.

1. Bookings through your widget – the easiest way

Your unique booking widget is the smartest way to let clients request appointments. It’s quick, fully automated, and gives you all the details you need before the appointment.

Here’s how it works:

  • Step 1: Share the widget

Add your Blink booking link to your Instagram bio, website, or anywhere else your clients can find you.

  • Step 2: Clients select their style

They choose the tattoo style or category that best fits what they’re looking for.

  • Step 3: Clients provide tattoo details

They share reference images, size, colours, placement, and any other notes, so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Step 4: Finalize the appointment

They pick a date, pay their deposit, and confirm the booking instantly. No back-and-forth messages needed.

Once the booking is submitted, it appears in your agenda automatically. You’ll receive all details in your dashboard.

2. Manually add a booking from your dashboard

Prefer to add an appointment yourself? That’s just as simple.

  • Go to your Blink dashboard.

  • Click “Add booking” in the top-right corner.

  • Fill in the client’s name, contact info, date, tattoo details, and any notes.

  • Hit Save and that’s it. The booking appears in your agenda immediately.

Whether you use the automated booking widget or create bookings manually, Blink makes appointment scheduling effortless. Your bookings, client info, and payment details are all stored in one place, so you can spend more time tattooing and less time managing your schedule.
