This guide outlines the steps for managing tattoo consent forms and creating ink passports using our Wavrr tool.

Guide

1. Accessing Client Appointment 0:12

  • Click on the appointment in the upper right corner of the Waiver system.

  • A pop-up will appear for client information entry.

2. Client Information Entry 0:22

  • Hand the device to the client.

  • Client fills in their information:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email address

    • Phone number

    • Date of birth

    • Address

    • Postal code

    • City

    • Medical conditions (if any)

  • Click 'Next' to proceed.

3. Waiver Consent Form 0:58

  • Client reads through the waiver consent form.

  • Click 'Next' to continue.

4. Client Signature 1:13

  • Hand the device back to the client for their signature.

  • After the client signs, add your signature.

  • Click 'Sign and Complete' to finalize.

5. Viewing New Client 1:23

  • A new client will now appear on your homepage.

6. Creating an Ink Passport 1:30

  • After the appointment, click on 'Create Ink Passport'.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Brand

    • Color

    • Supplier

    • Batch number

    • Additional notes

    • Appointment date

    • Price

  • Click 'Create Ink Passport' to save.

7. Waiver Distribution 1:59

  • The waiver will be automatically sent to both the client and you.

8. Uploading or Editing Waiver 2:25

  • Click on 'Waiver Template' on the left-hand side to manage your default waiver template.

  • Upload a new waiver or generate the default template.

  • Edit the default template as needed.

  • Ensure all information is correct before clicking 'Save'.

9. Subscription Management 2:37

  • Review your current subscription plan.

  • If using the free plan, note that you get 10 waivers for free.

  • Decide if you want to upgrade your plan.
