Letting a client sign a waiver

  1. Open the New Waiver form by clicking the “+” button in your dashboard.

  2. Fill in the client’s name and email address.

  3. The client will automatically receive an email with a link to their digital waiver.

  4. The client reads and accepts all terms.

  5. They sign digitally by adding their signature online.

  6. The artist (for example, Eva) also signs the waiver to confirm the session.

  7. Once both signatures are added, the system marks the waiver as completed and automatically emails copies to both the studio and the client.

View signed waivers anytime

All completed waivers are stored securely in your dashboard. You can open them anytime to view both signatures, INK Passport details, and any additional client information.
